VVOB South Africa seeks to appoint Operational Manager to be based in Pretoria.
VVOB is currently looking for an operational manager passionate about equity in education and with the right attitude and skills to strengthen the capacity of our local partners and target groups by giving them maximal responsibilities in their own change processes. The role involves travel within South Africa, particularly to Kwazulu Natal and Free State, as well as infrequent international travel. This post is open to South African applicants only.
Report to: Programme Manager
Start date: February 2021 or soon thereafter
Role:
You will be a key member of the VVOB South Africa management team, alongside the Country Programmes Manager.
You will be responsible for managing, organising and executing our, financial, HR, Procurement, logistics, IT and administration systems
You will optimize and prioritize these systems to support the programmes operations and organizational growth.
