Summary
The Operational Clerk will ensure a welcoming, customer-focused environment that facilitates access to MM Financial Loans services while contributing to community development. The role requires direct reporting to the Branch Manager regarding operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, identifying practical solutions
- Counsel customers through their financial challenges with care and empathy
- Foster a welcoming and customer-centric environment at all times
- Undertake driving tasks when required
- Conduct fieldwork to expand outreach and enhance customer support

Education and Experience
- A Diploma in Microfinance, Business Management, or a related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in financial services
- A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage
