Millennial Services is a virtual call center that works with a variety of clients. All of our agents are able to work from home, but must be US based. All available time slots for contract work are listed in Eastern Standard Time.
We currently have openings for 1099 Independent contractor positions for our resort reservation booking client:
Resort Booking: Taking inbound calls to answer questions and book reservations for a large resort client. Position requires up-selling meal and activity packages. Pay is $11 an hour (1099).
Shifts are:
M-F 1:30-8 & Sat 3pm-8pm
M-F 11:30-8
T, Th, F, S 11:30 -8
M-F 1:30-8 & Sat 11:30- 3pm
T-S 11:30-8

Reliable internet/computer
8 GB of RAM
50 Mbps download speed
VERY Dependable
Quiet background for phone based work – no noises at all
VERY professional phone presence including proper grammar
Attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changes quickly
Customer Service background
Strong written/verbal communication
