POSITION: ONLINE SALES PERSON
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 / high school certificate.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using a smartphone, computer, email and internet.
- Experience with WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or other social-media platforms.
- Ability to respond to customers quickly and professionally.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Good organisation and time-management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, social media, email or live chat.
- Promote and explain products/services online.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Convert enquiries into sales.
- Process or coordinate orders and payments.
- Keep customer information and sales records.
- Handle complaints professionally.
- Meet daily, weekly or monthly sales targets.
