Online Course Manager
Full time, Remote, M/F/X
This is a key hire on the team. A successful Online Course Manager will quickly grow into a managing director to build not only a startup incubator but a whole ecosystem of projects. This role comes with an uncapped salary based on performance (starting with appr. 100K EUR p.a.) and unlimited opportunities for professional growth on the European and global level.
Responsibilities
- Plan and launch the incubator together with the founder.
- Build a team of subcontractors to execute the plan: source subcontractors, set and track objectives and key results including deadlines, overview delivery and performance. Take responsibility for the delivery of the launch plan.
- Design the lead funnel and suggest a content plan.
- Analyse the market, suggest new ways of working, experiment.
Who we are looking for:
- Proven track record of launching cohort courses with a turnover at least 20K EUR per cohort, min 3 years of professional experience.
- Proven track record of creating marketing funnels (incl. designing conversion webinars and lead magnets).
- Ability to make decisions independently, with no babysitting involved, and bear responsibility
- Team management experience, at least 3 team members.
- Experience in working with various types of funnels: lead magnets, direct sales, webinars, autowebinars, etc.
- Comfortable with async work using task management tools like Notion, etc.
- Demonstrated high level of grit, professionalism, and growth mindset, enjoying a steep learning curve and comfortable with making mistakes and learning from them. Open to feedback and transparency in communication.
- Ambitious and eager to contribute to the growth of the company, with the potential to become part of the management team.
