As the Oil Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing our new rosehip oil production facility. Your responsibilities will include:
1. ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฒ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐:
โข Collaborate with the Factory Manager to oversee the setup, installation, and commissioning of the pressing machines, filtration systems, and other equipment.
โข Develop operational procedures and workflows to optimize the production of coid-pressed rosehip oil and byproducts.
โข Assist in recruiting and training production staff to operate the new facility effectively.
2. ๐ถ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐:
โข Oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring maximum utilization of equipment and adherence to production schedules.
โข Monitor raw material quality (rosehip seeds) and ensure seamless coordination of seed logistics from our tea production factory to the oil facility,
โข Manage and optimize the production of byproducts (e.g., protein, fibre, animal feed) for additional revenue streams.
3. ๐ธ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐:
โข Ensure strict adherence to quality standards for rosehip oil production, focusing on maintaining the purity and integrity of cold-pressed oil.
โข Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop robust testing and traceability systems.
4. ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐, ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐:
โข Establish and enforce safety and hygiene protocols in compliance with food-grade and organic production standards.
โข Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the production team.
5. ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฐ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐:
โข Develop and implement innovative production strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve oil yield.
โข Monitor production metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities for process optimization and staff skill development.

We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:
โข Education: A bachelor’s degree (minimum) or master’s degree in food science, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
โข Experience: Prior experience in production management, particularly in food-grade or oil extraction processes, is advantageous but not mandatory.
