Minimum requirements:
- Post graduate qualification in change management and social entrepreneurship.
- a RL qualification (Applied science of occupational Intelligence)
- Expert in HOO System implementation
- 20 years transformational track record of successful multi-national, multisector sector business, extreme condition tourism and social enterprise development in Southern Africa.
- An overall OI Score of B3 in contributive, adaptive, tenacious responsiveness.
- Global resourcefulness
