Qualifications and Experience * Degree in quality Assurance/Curriculum Development
- A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in the relevant field
Job Responsibilities * The incumbent will implement and build on the Quality Policy and Quality Management System of the institution
- Build and maintain positive and effective working relationships with colleagues across the University at all campuses, partner institutions, and external stakeholders
- Ensure all existing programmes offered by University are in compliance with the regulatory requirements and standards.
- Ensure new programmes are developed and accredited in compliance with university policies and process and also regulatory requirements and standards.
- Schedule, conduct and/or coordinate internal and external audits from time-to-time
- Ensure every department function according to BU’s procedures, policies and guidelines
Skills and Competencies required:
- Good knowledge of the higher education system in Lesotho
- Experience in curriculum development and administration, handling assessments, people management skills
- Excellent written and analytical skills
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Ability to deliver results, meet deadlines
- Working knowledge on Blackboard will be an added advantage
