We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Officer – Human Resources to assist the Principal Officer in a full spectrum of HR functions at our Maseru Campus. They will be supporting the driving of HR strategy, operations, and compliance in alignment with institutional goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR operations on campus, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation.
- Support compliance with employment legislation and institutional policies.
- Assist in staff welfare initiatives, engagement activities, and grievance resolution.
- Provide payroll inputs, leave administration, and employee benefits.
- Coordinate disciplinary procedures, staff appraisals, and development planning.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices in the Lesotho or SADC region.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
