Officer – Assessments at Botho University

Botho University is one the leading private university in Botswana and an ISO certified organization having its campuses in Gaborone and Francistown in Botswana and its international campus in Maseru, Lesotho is expanding its operations to Namibia by establishing its campus at Windhoek, Namibia. The University is offering the following programmes to start with;
The programs offered are:
1.BSc Hons Computing
2.BSc Hons in Mobile Computing
3.Lesotho Professional Accounting Programme (LePAP)
4.BSc Hons Accounting and Finance
5.BSc Hons Business Management
6.BSc Hons Health Information Management

Qualifications and experience required for the above positions
1.Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from a recognized University.
2. A minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching/training and institutional administration in a reputed Institution.
3. Knowledge of assessment/ examination department work process, working experience in Prometric Testing Centers.

Skills required for the above position
1.Basic computer knowledge, MS office, file maintenance skills, team coordination, statistics maintenance skills, learning potential to learn new ERP system, focus and concentration while dealing with numbers like marks, quick grasping and response skills, communication skills, being patient while dealing with students.
2.Should have understanding and compliance with all testing procedures from all the testing providers.
3.Should be a certified test centre administrator from Pearson – Vue and Prometric.
