Job Description but not limited to:
- Answer all incoming telephone calls and ensure appropriate action is taken relative to each call.
- Record all customer requests and complete the request pursuant to the service agreement (mainly quotations and orders).
- Alert manager of unresolved issues.
- Maintain personnel records in line with company standards while ensuring that all work relating to clients is highly confidential and discreetly handled.
- Prepare all quotations and orders to a satisfactory, accurate and timely standard.
- Maintain a responsible approach to all security and safety matters related to the operation following the company’s policies and procedures at all times bringing the manager’s attention to any and all areas of concern.
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks that may be required from time to time.
The Candidate:
Minimum 3 years Previous administration experience in a busy office essential.
Natural Relationship Builder with integrity and reliability.
Liaising between the customer and internal teams to find solutions to customer problems
Experience in a fast-paced working environment placing quotations and orders to clients and suppliers.
Excellent attention to detail
Full working knowledge of the MS Office suite.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
A highly motivated positive team player.
