We’re Hiring
Mohau Tutors is looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as an Office & Operations Intern.
This role is ideal for someone who understands students, teachers, and learning environments — not just administration.
📍 Applicants MUST be based in Maseru
⏱ Must be ready to start immediately
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure the centre runs smoothly
- Communicate professionally with parents, students, and teachers
- Organize class schedules and tutor availability
- Monitor student attendance and basic academic progress
- Handle inquiries (WhatsApp, calls, Facebook) and convert them into students
- Manage and grow Mohau Tutors’ social media presence (posts, content, and responses)
We Are Looking for Someone Who
- Understands or has experience working with school students
- Can confidently communicate with teachers and parents
- Is highly organised, reliable, and proactive
- Has basic knowledge in Business, Education, or Marketing
- Is comfortable using social media for business purposes
(Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp)
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree (or currently studying) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Ability to manage WhatsApp and Facebook professionally
- Basic content creation skills (Canva, TikTok) are an added advantage
