Keep the offices clean as per the requirements of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE)
- Build, support and maintain healthy diverse internal and external relations;
- Provide relevant support to stakeholders to ensure team objectives are achieved;
- Mop the floors and dust all desks daily;
- Clean ablution facilities daily;
- Arrange boardrooms as per meeting requirements;
- Make tea for visitors as per requests received;
- Execute office mailing tasks properly and in time;
- Execute refreshment provisions;
- Assist with clerical and general office routing work when called upon;
- Execute reception duties when called upon.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- Basic Housekeeping/Office Cleaning Training
- Minimum 1 -2 years’ experience
- Microsoft Office Suite – Advantageous
APPOINTMENT:
The above-mentioned position will be offered on a permanent basis with a Total Cost To Company package.
