Key Responsibilities:
1. Safely transport staff, clients, and documents to various locations, including branch offices and field visits.
2. Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.
3. Handle and safeguard sensitive documents and cash during transportation.
4. Follow all company policies and traffic regulations, maintaining a clean driving record.
5. Interact professionally with clients and staff, providing exceptional service and assistance as needed.
6. Report any incidents, issues, or accidents to the relevant company departments immediately.
7. Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations and client information.
Qualifications:
Diploma
Must reside in Thaba Tseka
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
At least 1 year experience in the micro finance industry
Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a professional setting.
Familiarity with local traffic laws and routes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
