Duties & Responsibilities • Incumbent must have experience of a full set of books in Menutec.
• Experience in drafting weekly flash Income statements.
• Experience in providing support in managing utility and service accounts
• Experience in reporting and administering debt collection of client accounts.
• General office filing and accounting hygiene
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office programs,
• An understanding of supply chain Invoicing and payment requests
• Management of office cleanliness.
• Ability to present well to clients, suppliers and service providers.
• Good office etiquette and willingness to support Directors in taking minutes of meetings and workshops.
• Organizing a computerized diary
• Arrange appointments
• Attend meetings and producing accurate minutes/memos/letters 
• Ability to co-ordinate meetings, functions and other events
• Ensuring deadlines are met, on Managing Director’s behalf 
• Timeously and accurately prepare management reports 
• Travel and accommodation arrangements / bookings 
• Set up and maintain effective filing system 
• Handle queries, enquiries and complaints with diplomacy, tact and initiative 
• High level of confidentiality & Flexibility with regards to working hours
Skills and Competencies • Advanced knowledge of Windows applications: MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and E-mail 
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and planning ability and communication skills
• Attention to detail, use of initiative and decision-making ability
• Efficient with high energy level and initiative
• Good command of the English language
Qualifications • Minimum Grade 12 
• 3-4 years Administrative Experience. Essential 
• Advanced Computer Literacy. Essential
