JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Duties:
Managing all the daily activities of the farm’s Office.
Monitoring all the activities in the Office and ensuring that the farm’s property and equipment is securely kept.
Creating and maintaining proper filing systems.
Managing and maintaining office petty-cash as well as invoicing working together with the Farm Manager.
Keeping internal and external contacts.
Managing agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for Farm Manager and Managing Director.
Arranging in-house and external farm events.
Ensuring dissemination of information to farm staff, suppliers and customers.
Keeping Farm Manager up to date on every issue that affects the daily operations of the farm.
Supporting Budgeting and accounting procedures.
Great and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
Maintain proper accounting systems.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
COSC or
equivalent.
Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a requirement.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years work experience.

Speak confidently and fluently both Sesotho and English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Office Management Software.
