Applications are  invited  from  suitably  qualified  persons  for  the  position  of:  OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR at KEL & ABI FARM (PTY) LTD.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Duties:

   Managing all the daily activities of the farm’s Office.

   Monitoring all the activities in the Office and ensuring that the farm’s property and equipment is securely kept.

    Creating and maintaining proper filing systems.

    Managing and maintaining office petty-cash as well as invoicing working together with the Farm Manager.

   Keeping internal and external contacts.

   Managing agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for Farm Manager and Managing Director.

   Arranging in-house and external farm events.

   Ensuring dissemination of information to farm staff, suppliers and customers.

    Keeping Farm Manager up to date on every issue that affects the daily operations of the farm.

   Supporting Budgeting and accounting procedures.

   Great and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.

   Maintain proper accounting systems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
         COSC or equivalent.

   Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent.

   Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a requirement.

   Minimum of 2 to 3 years work experience.

   Results driven.

   Team management skills.

   Ability to work under pressure.

   Speak confidently and fluently both Sesotho and English.

   Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Office Management Software.
