Job title: Office Administrator
– Booking meetings (virtual and physical)
– Raise invoices, quotations, and purchase orders as requested
– To be responsible for operating all incoming posts and distributing them to the respective team
– To assist with filing
– To assist with the tender compilation
– To be responsible for arranging travel and accommodation for staff
– General office duties as requested
– Interpersonal and influencing skills
– Is self-confident and determined
– Sets a positive example
– Communicates in a clear logical style (orally in writing and telephonically)
– Demonstrates high professional standards when carrying out work
Skills and experience
– Good general education
– Experience with other IT packages including PowerPoint and Excel
– Good communication skills
– Able to work on own initiative
– Good typing skills (High typing speed will be an added advantage)
