Job title: Office administrator (Graduate intern)
Job Purpose:
We are looking for an office administrator to help run our company efficiently and according to our guidelines, maintaining a friendly company image.
Office Administrator Job Duties:
• support all transportation procedures, from coordinating deliveries and collections to managing shipping documentation.
• Be well-organized and understand the order fulfillment cycle. Ultimately, you will ensure our customers receive the right orders on time.
• Track orders to ensure timely deliveries and communicate with customers.
• Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders)
• Schedule shifts for our drivers.
• Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.
• Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
• Files appropriate documents
Requirements and skills:
Diploma in Business Management, logistics management or any related Field Preferred; Self-Driven; Excellent Customer Care Skills; Exceptional Communication Skills; Ability to Maintain a Strict Level of Confidence; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs; Attention to Detail; Professional Appearance; Excellent Typing Skills; Strong Problem Solving Skills; Excellent Organizational Skills; Highly Motivated and Ability to Prioritize Efficiently; Ability to Work Alone or As Part of a Team; Enthusiastic and Reliable
