JOB SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the PSDC, the Clinic Manager will be responsible for effective and efficient implementation of the clinic activities. She/he will ensure that activities done in the clinic conform to the required standards, and that no activities that may undermine the image of LPPA are performed.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement the medical and clinical aspects of the Clinic.
• Keep and maintain records of drugs, equipment and contraceptives used in the clinic.
• Undertake monthly, quarterly, half year and annual reporting of the clinic activities and will submit to the PSDC.
• Advise the Programme and Service Delivery Coordinator on contraceptives and other SRH clinic needs of the Clients.
• Supervise the activities of the Clinic.
• Ensure the smooth running of the Clinic.
• Liaise with Partners to utilize the Clinic as a referral point for Clients’ SRH concerns.
• Responsible for the collection and safekeeping of all the income accrued from the Clinic.
• Record and account for clinic income to the Accounts Office.
• Liaise with the LPPA Finance and Administration Director for all transactions required in the clinic.
• Liaise with the Supplies Officer for contraceptive and non-contraceptive commodities that will be required for the clinic.
• Monitor the progress of the Clinic through periodic meetings attended by clinic staff.
• Liaise with PSDC for Clinic evaluation.
• Attend and serve as a Secretary to the Branch Executive Committee (BEC)
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor and which fall within the purview of the duties and responsibilities expected of the office.

Qualification/Experience

• Qualified Nurse Midwife with at least three years post qualification experience in the areas of SRH and HIV/AIDS
• Current registration with Lesotho Nursing Council
• NGOs experience is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Sexual and Reproductive Health.
• Maintenance of high professional and nursing ethical standards.
• Thorough knowledge of contraceptives and side effects.
• Mature and pleasant disposition.
• Sensitive to socio-cultural values.
• Good public relations.
• Ability to mobilize communities.
• Basic computer skills.
