Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Manager Hospital Nursing Services, the Nursing Officer shall ensure that each nurse within a medical setting complies with quality, service performance and medical records audits. This shall be in line with the standards of practice, guidelines, policies and procedures available at each care level.
Job requirements:
- Hold a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery plus another qualification in the nursing field.
- Must be registered with the Lesotho Nursing Council and hold a valid practicing license.
- Experience in Quality Improvement will be an added advantage.
