Job Description
Do you enjoy flexibility and the ability to work from home? Achieve provides online prep exam courses to increase students’ likelihood of earning college credits via credit-by-exam. We are an entirely virtual organization with all team members working 100% remotely.
Achieve is seeking Remote Nursing Instructors who will prepare and tutor College students. Most classes run for 8 weeks, then repeat. A Powerpoint presentation, syllabus and study guide is provided; no grading or reviewing of papers needed!
Responsibilities
- Adapt training delivery, in real-time, to meet differing experience levels of participants
- Actively seek evidence of audience engagement and comprehension, and provides coaching as necessary
- Track student progress and help students stay on pace to take the examination within 30 days of the class end date
Desired Skills and Experience
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Subject Matter Expert
- Three or more years of teaching experience with one year of online teaching experience preferred
- Experience with Adobe Connect and Moodle is a plus
- English (FLUENT ONLY) – Must communicate written and verbally in English

- Schedule: Availability to teach one or more of the following Eastern Time time slots: Monday: 10am-1:30pm, Monday 2:30pm – 5:30pm, Thursday 10am-1:30pm, Tuesday 7:30pm-10:30pm
- Remote: 100% Online; home-based OUTSIDE of the USA
