Job Description:
Nursery Managers are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a nursery. They are horticulture specialists that hire and train nursery workers, grow plants, manage the health of the plants, and oversee the cloning and transplanting of plants. They are to work with an irrigation specialist to make sure the plants feeding, and watering needs are satisfied while keeping a clean and tidy workspace.

Compensation:
The compensation will be commensurate with the responsibility of the job. The details will be discussed with successful candidates.
Job Requirements:
Must have at least Diploma in Horticulture or at least experience working as a Horticulturist.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work and be on time every day.
Must demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills. Preferably the candidate would have knowledge of cannabis industry. Knowledge of euGACP regulations will be highly beneficial
Must understand cloning plants using a rooting hormone and propagation domes.
Must be able to manage a group of people in an organized manner and maintain timelines that are provided by the cultivation manager.
Must have organisational skills, dependability, and strong work ethic. Expected to work long hours, weekends and holidays to get the job done.
