Job Description:
Responsible to carryout day-to-day tasks inside the nursery such as loading, unloading, and moving garden supplies and equipment. Assisting with planting and transplanting plants and maintaining weeds in the garden. A nursery lead will be required to do reports for the nursery manager and fill in for the nursery manager when they are absent.
Reports to: Nursery Manager
Compensation:
This will be commensurate with the responsibility of the job. The details will be discussed with successful candidates.
Job Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation to and from work. It is a bonus to have previous experience working with cannabis plants and working in a nursery environment. Must have organisational skills, dependability, and strong work ethic. Expected to work long hours and weekends to get the job done even during holidays.
