Roma College of Nursing invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Nurse Educator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing education programmes to ensure students acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for competent nursing practice. The role involves teaching, mentoring, curriculum development, assessment, research, and community engagement in alignment with institutional goals and professional standards.

Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Education
• Preferred Qualification: Master’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Education
• Professional Requirement: Registered Nurse and/or Midwife with a valid practicing license
• Experience:
» Teaching or facilitation experience in a nursing education institution
» Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience is an added advantage
