Job Summary
The Nurse Educator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing education programmes to ensure students acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for competent nursing practice.
The role involves teaching, mentoring, curriculum development, assessment, research, and community engagement in alignment with institutional goals and professional standards.

Qualifications and Work Experience
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Education
- Preferred qualification: Master’s degree in Nursing or Nursing Education
- Professional requirement: Registered Nurse and/or Midwife with a valid practising licence
- Teaching or facilitation experience in a nursing education institution
- Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience is an added advantage
