Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Moruo Developments
Limited resolved at its meeting on 26 August 2019 to declare in terms of clause 9.1 of the Debentures Terms and Conditions that interest in the amount of M26.89 (before withholding tax) per debenture forming part of a Linked Unit in the Company, be paid to holders of Linked Units as at 16 September 2019, to be paid by 27 September 2019.
