The NoCC Transformation Director forms part of the Senior Leadership team in Solutions. The key purpose of the role is to deliver on key business transformation initiatives and drive services into the NoCC. The role reports in directly to the Vice President for Solutions and is based at AB InBev company headquarters in Bryanston, Johannesburg.
We are looking for an exceptional individual with senior leadership experience with a clear history of demonstrable achievements in delivering large business transformation initiatives.
- Post graduate (or equivalent) qualification
- Management consulting experience would be beneficial
- Excellent verbal and communications skills
- Deadline driven with a strong achievement orientation
- Demonstrable achievements of the value creation targets
