Role Description:
The NOC Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring network operations, handling communication with field technicians, and ensuring timely responses to network incidents and outages.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
- Knowledge of network operations and troubleshooting procedures
- Experience in telecommunications or a similar field is preferred
- Proficiency in using network monitoring tools
Skills:
- Fully computer literate
- Ability to follow instructions
Requirements:
- Telecommunication and network experience and environments
- Capability to log, update, and close tickets/Work Orders
- Capability to handle and update trackers
- Willingness to work in shifts (7 AM – 7 PM & 7 PM – 7 AM)
- Good communication skills to interact with field teams, GNOC, and in war-room settings with the customer
- Team player
