The Embassy of The People’s Republic of China invites applications for scholarship, from suitable candidates to pursue studies at Doctorate and Masters, in China, in 2020.
Conditions for application:
• Applicant must be a citizen of Lesotho.
• Applicants must possess a minimum of first degree at second class 2(2).
• Applicants must be 35 or below for Masters study and 40 or below for Doctorate study.
Submission Requirements:
• Application letter addressed to Director –NMDS
• Original and certified copies of academic certificates and transcript
• Certified copy of National ID.
• CV
• Employed applicants who have been previously sponsored by NMDS should have paid at least 50% of previous Loan Bursary (LB) and should attach LB statement.
Unemployed applicants who have not met the above LB requirement will be allowed to apply.
The selection will give first preference to applicants who have satisfied the LB requirement.
• Nomination letter from employer, confirming that the candidate will be included in the training plan for 2020/2021.
