RE: APPLICATIONS FOR COMMONWEALTH PHD AND MASTERS DEGREE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR 2020
Kindly be advised that the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in the United Kingdom invites applications for scholarship, from suitable candidates to pursue studies at PhD and Masters, in the United Kingdom, in 2020, in the following disciplines:
1. Science and Technology for Development including Agriculture, Veterinary Science and Forestry
2. Health Systems and Capacity
3. Global Prosperity
4. Global Peace, Security and Governance
5. Resilience and Response to Crisis
6. Access, Inclusion and Opportunity
Conditions for application:
• Applicant must be a citizen of Lesotho.
• Applicants must possess a first degree of at least a second class (2:2) for a Master’s degree and a Masters degree for PhD studies
• Applicants should apply to a UK University which has a part-funding agreement with the Common-Wealth Scholarship Commission (for list of Universities visit http//cscuk.dfid.gov.uk/apply/uk-universities/part-time funding)
Submission Requirements
• Application letter addressed to Director –NMDS
• Original and certified copies of academic certificates and transcript
• Certified copy Of National ID.
• Applicants must have paid 50% Loan Bursary repayment requirement.
• Nomination letter from organisation of work confirming that you will be included in the training plan for 2019/2020.
