Christian Health Association of Lesotho (CHAL) is a network of church‑owned health facilities comprising 8 hospitals, 71 health centres, and 4 nursing training institutions across the country. CHAL is constitutionally mandated to facilitate the participation of Christian churches in ensuring that the right to health for all is upheld to the highest possible quality.

Location: St. Barnabas Health Centre
Job Summary
The Nightwatchman is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the health centre premises, staff, patients, and property during night hours, in accordance with CHAL policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor movement within the facility during night hours
- Prevent unauthorised access to the premises
- Respond promptly to security incidents
- Safeguard staff, patients, and property
Minimum Requirements
- Junior Certificate (JC) or equivalent
- Experience in security services or a similar role is an added advantage
- Experience in a health facility or institutional setting is desirable
