NE SALES CONSULTANT

REPORTING TO:
NE DIRECTOR
MAIN DUTIES:
Meeting with potential and existing clients to secure NE / BEX Sales.
Ensure that all NE/BEX Sales contracts are signed and submitted on time to head offices as per the requirements.
Maintain customer relations and grow the business of the company by recovering contracts.
Ensure all sales targets are met as per company and individual plan.
Understand the products for both NE / BEX .
Apply sales strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.
Establish prospective customers/clients and new target segment and penetrate sales in that area.
Must be able to convert leads to sales through good communication, follow-ups and positive attitude.
Participation in trade shows, exhibitions, networking with local associations to promote Otis Elevators and Escalators.
Monitor the fluctuating market to establish competitors, latest innovation of the products
QUALIFICATIONS & POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Degree or Diploma preferable
Very good Microsoft Office knowledge, including Excel and Word
Be able to prove high level PowerPoint presentation to customers and to company.
Construction industry experience preferable
Technical experience preferable.
