NDSO IT Audit Consultancy

1. Background
The National Drug Service Organization (NDSO) has set aside funds for the procurement of IT Audit Consulting Services and intends to apply part of these funds for this assignment.
2. Scope of Services
The Consultant shall work collaboratively with the Internal Audit function and will be responsible for:
- Conducting an IT risk assessment within NDSO
- Developing a detailed scope and audit plan
- Identifying required resources for audit execution
- Communicating the approved audit plan to Management
- Executing the audit in line with the approved plan
- Preparing audit reports in accordance with NDSO Internal Audit methodology
- Participating in exit meetings until the final report is concluded
3. Expected Deliverables
- Detailed Risk and Control Matrix
- Audit Programs
- Audit working papers and supporting documentation
- Final IT Audit Report including findings and recommendations
4. Duration and Commencement
The assignment will commence in February 2026 and will remain valid until completion of the audit.

5. Invitation
NDSO invites suitably qualified individual consultants to express interest. Consultants employed by firms may submit through their employer, but only the experience of the proposed individual consultant will be evaluated.
6. Qualification Requirements

8. Selection Criteria
Evaluation will be based on:
- Academic qualifications
- Relevant professional certifications
- Technical experience in similar assignments
- Additional qualifications outlined in the ToRs
