National Well-being Program Manager

Position will be work from home, but will include some national travel to visit client sites
Objectives
- Bring the client’s well-being strategy to the worksite level through a Wellness Champion Network
- Assist Champions in creating a strong culture of well-being at their worksites
- Increase awareness and engagement in client’s well-being offerings
- Work with the client’s HR/benefits team and the StayWell account team to deliver a best-practice well-being program
Responsibilities
- Translate well-being programs and initiatives into an annual plan at the location/business unit level
- Create, lead and ensure continued engagement in client’s Wellness Champion Network
- Create turnkey ideas and materials for Champions to deploy at their sites
- Develop and distribute communications and marketing materials
- Promote individual well-being with educational programming and materials (e.g., courses, workshops, special events, and interactive booths)
- Assess culture of well-being at key sites and provide recommendations and support for improvement
- Encourage and support well-being policies at client worksites (e.g., smoking, cafeteria, vending machines)
- Utilize data to support recommendations for new well-being initiatives
- Coordinate logistics and implement client-wide challenges, screenings, promotions, programs, events, etc.
- Assist with day-to-day delivery of established programs with direction from client and StayWell Account Team
- Collaborate with client’s other departments and national well-being partners through promo
Requirements
- Available to travel, as needed
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required in a health-related field
- 6 years relevant health promotion/well-being related program planning and delivery required
- Worksite well-being industry knowledge and 2-3 years direct worksite well-being experience, including implementing programs
- Experience with Wellness Champion Networks preferred
- Certified Health Education Specialist or similar certification preferred
- Experience working successfully in both an independent position and a team environment
- Ability to analyze, interpret and take action on program reports and metrics
- A record of generating ideas, proposing and implementing creative solutions and showing results
- Proven flexibility and adaptability to changing client, program, and account needs
- Experience interacting with all levels of management, including senior management
- Excellent communication/people skills, including proven ability to adapt to individual communication styles
- Experience delivering presentations to small and large groups
- Event planning, community organizing or campaign experience
- Project management and planning skills
- Proven organizational and time management skills, including the ability to maintain multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Independent problem solving and decision making ability
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for interacting with participants
- Proven experience and comfortability with Microsoft Outlook and Office products
