INVITATION TO TENDER NO: 02 OF 2020/2021
NATIONAL HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT POLICY (NHRDP)
- Introduction
The Ministry of Development Planning (MDP) has received funds from Government of Lesotho to engage National Human Resource Development (NHRD)Consultant through Policy and Strategic Plan (PSP) under consultancy programme to assist the department with the human resource policy development process.
- Issuance and Submission of Bids
The tender is issued on the 12th October 2020, and closed on the 06th November 2020at 12:00 noon. Bid responses from competent consultants must be submitted to the Ministry`s Tender Box situated next to the Minister’ suit at the entrance foyer of the top floor of the Ministry of Development Planning Building (Africa House), Government Complex, Corner Nightingale and King’s Way Road, Maseru, not later than 12:00 noon, 06th November 2020as follows: –
Technical proposal in one (1) original and four (4) hard copies in an envelope marked “Technical proposal for National Human Resource Development Policy (NHRDP)”.
Financial proposal in one (1) original in a sealed envelope marked “Financial proposal for National Human Resource Development Policy (NHRDP)” and shall bear the names and address of the bidder.
Both technical and financial proposals must be in separate envelopes that shall be enclosed in one sealed envelope bearing no identification of bidder marked “National Human Resource Development Policy (NHRDP)”.
Tender documents are available at the Ministry of Development Planning (Procurement Unit) free of charge not later than 30 October 2020 at 16:00 hours. All tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who will choose to attend on Friday 06th November 2020at 14:30 at the Ministry of Development Planning Boardroom.
All requests for clarifications and queries on this tender must be addressed in writing to the Secretary Tender Panel, Procurement Unit, Ministry of Development Planning (Africa House), Ground Floor, Government Complex, Corner Nightingale and King’s Way Road, Maseru 100, not later than 16:00 hours, 30 October 2020.
