The National Consultant Manager is responsible for managing the Team of CRM’s and Account Managers. The incumbent is responsible for the day to day running of department, assisting the team in the achievement of department targets, contributing to overall profitability, success and embed a positive company brand within the team.

Duties and responsibilities

Oversee and assist the Team with the following

  • Compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner
  • Maintain the agreed personal development plan
  • Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
  • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates objectives to the team.
  • Reports to the General Manager, providing regular input on all account activity including sales and project status.

Qualifications

  • Strong presentation and research skills

  • Valid driver’s license and own transport
  • Relative education and degree or Diploma or relating experience
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills
  • Subject matter knowledge and interest in Municipal Property law and the Property transfer process.
