Position Summary
Therapy Hub Inc. is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and passionate Music Therapist / Sound Healing Therapist Associate to join the wellness team. The successful candidate will assist in delivering therapeutic music and sound‑healing sessions designed to support relaxation, stress reduction, emotional healing, and overall wellness.
This role is ideal for an individual who believes in the healing power of sound, rhythm, and music‑based interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group music therapy and sound healing sessions
- Use therapeutic tools such as singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, drums, gentle instrumental music, guided sound meditation, and voice work
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate therapeutic sessions
- Develop personalised wellness and healing plans
- Support clients with stress management, relaxation, emotional release, and mindfulness practices
- Maintain accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality
- Prepare and maintain a clean, safe, and peaceful therapy environment
- Assist senior therapists and collaborate with the wellness team when required
- Promote wellness programmes and related services where appropriate
- Adhere to health, safety, and professional standards
Requirements and Qualifications
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Music Therapy, Sound Healing, Psychology, Counselling, Wellness Therapy, or a related field
- Experience in sound healing, wellness therapy, meditation facilitation, or music‑based therapeutic work will be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm, empathetic, and professional demeanour
- Positive attitude and passion for holistic healing
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Ability to facilitate both one‑on‑one and group sessions
