experience and qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in Business management.
  • Preferred Qualifications: An appropriate degree.

responsibilities

  • Identifies and utilises opportunities to increase market share.
  • Applies product knowledge to achieve sales results.
  • Canvass for new business by acquiring an in-depth understanding for the respective micro-market.
  • Utilizing research findings to capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Acquire quality sales by adopting a thorough and effective needs-based sales approach.
  • Sales application: External Sales Products.
  • Sell to new and existing customer base.
  • Be ready to serve the customer and look professional.
  • Ensure a superior level of service in all dealings with customers.
  • Understand the needs and wants of the customer.
  • Provide the customers with solutions and alternatives to satisfy their needs and wants (sell and cross sell).
  • Provide the customers with all the information required to make informed decision.
  • Help the customers understand how best to use the bought solutions.
  • Ensure customers are served promptly & efficiently.
  • Responsible for after sales service/networking.
  • Promote the banks brand through sponsorship/promotions.
  • Adherence to FNB Golden Rules.
  • Execute activities within risk and compliance requirements.
  • Provide proper and correct product information.
  • Correct and error free execution of sales processes (Leads, campaigns, opening of accounts up sell/ cross sell and overdraft.
  • Remain fully conversant with all Branch Banking Sales Processes and Procedures, initiatives and products to deliver a superior customer experience within a local market concept.
  • Monitor own sales against allocated sales targets on a daily basis.
  • Access Mechanism: Credit Card – Issue.
  • Access Mechanism: Deliver and activate.
  • Access Mechanism: Issue External Sales Consultant.
  • Access Mechanism: VISA cheque or Petrol Card- Issue.
  • Cheque Book: Issue Customer or Third Party.
  • Initiate and implement relevant sales tactics that would result in increased sales and growth in market share within the defined market segment.
  • Institute specific and focused sales promotions that would generate sales opportunities.
  • Achieve competence against all key results areas required.
  • Ensure annual/ sick leave is updated on my workplace.
  • Provide proper and correct product information to customers.
