Are you someone who can
- Achieve the delivery of exceptional customer experience against the performance standards.
- Manage the migration of accounts from transactional to Self Service.
- Ensure customer’s needs and expectations are understood and solutions provided.
- Deal with customer complaints, relating to collection activities and ensure that it is resolved to the satisfaction of the customer
- Maximize cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Comply with procedures and processes contained in the Golden Rules.
You will be an ideal candidate if you
- Haveย aย degreeย inย Bachelorย in Business Management, Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
- Haveย 1 -3ย yearsย ofย experienceย inย aย similarย environment.
- Have knowledge of the Bankโs products (it will be an added advantage).
