IFAD’s Rural Poor Stimulus Facility (RPSF) for WAMPP’s COVID-19 Relief Fund
- Post Title: Multi-Skilled Clerk (x3)
- Duty Station: Based in Maseru (with possibility of travels to the Districts)

Terms of References (ToRs) for the Post
- Background
The WAMPP (of Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security) has received additional funds from IFAD’s RPSF to increase the scale of outreach for the WAMPP’s Covid-19 Relief Program which is operating under Revolving Fund for Supply Chain of Livestock Nutrition and Health Products and is also implemented by the LNWMGA.
- Job Summary
The candidates shall be under the supervision of the LNWMGA Manager, in collaboration with the Component-B Manager. The candidates must be capable of paying attention to the details, and shall be dynamic and conscientious persons with the capability of ensuring daily business functions are run accurately as well as effectively.
- Job Duties
The ideal candidate shall have the following roles and responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving and checking of stock items upon arrival from Suppliers
- Assist with despatching and checking of stock items upon delivery to Customers
- Assist with recording and updating of stock movement in the Register
- Assist with identification of missing and damaged stock item on stores
- Assist with keeping track of stock re-order levels on stores
- Assist with taking responsibility for proper storage of stock items on stores
- Assist with supervising for loading and unloading of stock items
- Support with receiving and reviewing of documentation from Suppliers
- Support with receiving and reviewing of documentation from Customers
- Support with data capturing, processing and analysing to generate periodic reports
- Support with recording and updating of stock Ledger Cards
- Support with identification of any discrepancy of stock Records
- Support with proper and adequate filing Records
- Support with keeping track of Registry and ensuring proper documentation filing
- Job Qualifications
The applicants should be in possession of the following qualifications and competencies:
- The educational qualifications and experience;
- Minimum Diploma in any Business Studies or Business Management from a recognised Institution or Certified Accounting Technician or any equivalent is essential
- Computer Studies qualifications with emphasis on MS Excel and Word
- Two years of relevant working Experience
- The Knowledge/Skills/Attributes as the minimum;
- Capability to illustrate good computing skills
- Capability to illustrate good arithmetic skills
- Capability to illustrate good fast-learner skills
- Ability to demonstrate good reading and writing skills
- Ability to demonstrate good time management skills
