TCL is currently looking for energetic, enthusiastic, conscientious, customer centric and result oriented Basotho with ability to work under pressure for the following position:
Position: Multi – Operators x 4
Job Purpose:
To operate yellow plant on mine site for production purpose.
Qualifications and Experience
- Valid relevant operator certificate.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 5 years’ experience operating yellow plant.
- Multi-skill will be an added advantage over articulated dump truck and excavator operators.
Additional requirements:
- Knowledge of risk assessment.
- Must be able to inspect yellow plant before use and correctly make use of relevant check list.
- Maintain the machine in good working order.
- Operate and communicate efficiently.
- Sharing information with team members and reporting incidents.
- Follow instructions.
- Adapt to changes in a flexible manner.
- Must be able to apply the relevant health, safety and environment procedures in mining environment in order to prevent accidents, environmental incidents and other risks.
