About the role

As a Motion Graphics Designer at Deel, you will do more than bringing graphics to life. You use your strong creative background to create powerful stories that capture an audience and leave them wanting more.

You will be responsible for helping build motion design from the ground up at Deel, creating world-class motion design across a variety of internal and external projects. You’re driven, have a diverse portfolio, a passion for animation, design and creating high-quality, polished and engaging work.

What you’ll be doing

• Partnering with the marketing, brand, sales and other teams to create compelling and delightful graphics new product launches and marketing campaigns
• Creating creative product videos to help explain how our product and new features work and benefit our customers
• Create eye-catching animated assets for digital features, social media, and video.
• Animating titles, motion graphics, logo animations.
• Pitch fresh, creative motion and editing styles
• Lead on digital first projects, as well as provide ideas and support for print to digital features
• Explore new ways of telling stories through motion while maintaining effective ux across sites
• Pushing the boundaries of motion design workflows and processes striving to create the best

What you need

• 5+ years related experience in a creative agency, design studio or inhouse
• Proven solid motion experience animating and generating 2D, 3D graphics with the ability to bring your concepts to life across a wide range of projects such as ATL, digital, interactive and social and to cut a film
• You understand movement and have an excellent eye for motion, pace and composition
• Can craft a script and treatment, ability to styleframe, edit an animatic and create design systems
• Can storyboard a narrative and direct a shoot
• Experienced with end-to-end motion delivery, concepting, storyboarding and editing an animatic
• Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, 2D/3D animation)
• The ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video, and more)
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong project management skills
• Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadline
