Job Title: MOSAIC Program Assistant
– Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
– Liaising with relevant departments to make all travel arrangements and other requests to support implementation
– Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required
– Attends program meetings and ensure/ maintain documentation of lists of attendees and minutes of the meetings
– Support coordination of program review activities to ensure efficiency
– Responsible for coordination of travel arrangements with program team
– Perform other tasks assigned by senior management
Qualifications, experience and Requirements
– BA Degree in Administrative field, Social sciences or relevant field
– At least 1 year experience in program and Administrative work
– Ability to work in complex environment, performing multiple tasks within tight deadlines
– Outstanding organizational and time management skills
– Has strong computer skills with proficiency in writing and documentation of reports and other information of program
