Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning Manager
Full-time | Remote | £33,600
Following the return of our co-founder, Becca Dean MBE, as CEO, we are excited to be recruiting for several new roles as we move into the next chapter of our journey. Having recently celebrated our 12th birthday, we are more determined than ever to reach even more girls and young women. If you are passionate about empowering the next generation, we would love to hear from you.
About The Girls’ Network
Young people from lower-income families are 20% less likely to attend university than their wealthier peers (Dept for Education, 2023), which can have a lifelong impact on earning potential. The COVID-19 pandemic has deepened inequalities (Joseph Rowntree Foundation, 2023) and negatively impacted young people’s wellbeing (Girl Guiding, 2023).
We believe that no girl should have her future limited by gender, ethnicity, background, or parental income. Through our work, we support them to realise their ambitions, build self-worth, and shape their futures. We work in communities of least advantage across England to deliver two core programmes:
- Mentoring Programme: Connecting 14-19-year-old girls with mentors and role models to build life skills and nurture ambitions.
- Ambassador Community: A lifelong, free network of support providing further opportunities for growth and confidence-building.
About the Role
The Girls’ Network aspires to reach more girls and increase impact, making a strategic, evidence-based monitoring and evaluation system essential.
