What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Manage and develop a team of MEL staff, providing mentoring and coaching
– Monitor and assess program MEL performance against organizational policies and guidance
– Provide strategic direction and subject-matter expertise to MEL and CLA approaches
– Effectively communicate MEL results to various audiences
– Collaborate with CALI Strategic Research, Evaluation and Learning (SREAL) team

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Bachelor’s Degree
– 15+ years of progressive experience with 10+ years of subject-specific experience
– Experience creating organizational policies and guidance for MEL
– Demonstrated background and experience in designing and implementing diverse donor-funded programs
– Significant experience providing international Technical Assistance around evaluation design and implementation
– Demonstrated experience conducting different types of program evaluation
– Proficiency with data collection, analysis, and visualization software packages
– Professional interpersonal and communication skills in English
– Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
