About the Organisation
Bacha Re Bacha Youth Forum (BRB) is a Non‑Profit and Non‑Governmental Community‑Based Youth Development Organisation. BRB is a youth network organisation that exists to transform communities through youth capacity building and empowerment in the following thematic areas:
i) Youths and Democratic Governance
ii) Youths and Health
iii) Sustainable Livelihoods
BRB is a registered organisation with the Kingdom of Lesotho under the Societies Act of 1966. Through financial support from The Global Fund, via the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning Project Management Unit (MOFDP‑PMU), BRB is implementing Community‑Led Monitoring (CLM) in six districts of Lesotho: Leribe, Botha‑Bothe, Mokhotlong, Thaba‑Tseka, Quthing, and Qacha’s Nek.
Position
Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
Purpose
The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning framework of the project.
Qualifications and Experience
• BA Honours Degree in Demography and Statistics or Public Health
• A Master’s Degree in a related field, with relevant M&E experience, will be an added advantage
• At least three (3) years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation with strong exposure to Public Health, Resilient and Sustainable Systems for Health
• At least three plus (3+) years’ experience in M&E, preferably within NGOs or development sectors, with traceable records
• Experience in COMCARE data collection and presentation software
• Experience in designing digital data‑collection tools
• Proven experience and management skills in MEAL, including the ability to lead staff in developing MEAL capacities and ensuring high‑quality programming
• Must be below 30 years of age
• Must be a member of Bacha Re Bacha Youth Forum (BRB)
