Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
Bacha Re Bacha Youth Forum (BRB) is a non‑profit, non‑governmental, and community‑based youth development organisation. BRB is a youth network organisation that exists to transform communities through youth capacity building and empowerment in the following thematic areas:
- Youth and democratic governance
- Youth and health
- Sustainable livelihoods
BRB is a registered organisation with the Kingdom of Lesotho under the Societies Act of 1966. Through financial support from The Global Fund, via the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning – Project Management Unit (MOFDP‑PMU), BRB is implementing Community‑Led Monitoring (CLM) in six (6) districts of Lesotho, namely Leribe, Botha‑Bothe, Mokhotlong, Thaba‑Tseka, Quthing, and Qacha’s Nek.
Purpose of the Position
The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning framework of the project.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- BA (Honours) Degree in Demography and Statistics or Public Health
- A Master’s Degree in a related field with relevant M&E experience will be considered an added advantage
- At least three (3) years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, with extensive experience in Public Health and Resilient and Sustainable Systems for Health
- At least three (3) years’ experience in M&E, preferably within NGOs or development sectors, with traceable records
- Experience using CommCare data collection and presentation software
- Experience in designing digital data collection tools
- Demonstrated experience and management skills in MEAL, with ability to lead staff in developing MEAL capacity and ensuring high‑quality programming
- Must be below the age of 30
- Must be a member of BRB
