Requirements
Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related fields (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Proven ability to manage both traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or account management.
- Based in Maseru, Lesotho.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and project management platforms.
- Ability to work in an agile environment with great attention to detail.
- Flexible to travel and meet client needs.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and personable.
- Committed to fostering positive client relationships through excellent communication and delivery.
