Meter Audit Supervisor
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Lesotho Nationals for the above-mentioned position. The position is tenable in the Customer Experience Division. The incumbent will be responsible to the Inspections Manager.
Qualifications, Experience & Other Requirements:
- BSc Electrical Engineering, BEng in Electrical Engineering or BTech Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Computer literacy and report writing skills are essential
- Valid driver’s licence
Key Performance Areas:
Revenue Protection:
- Check daily inspection forms and reports in order to effect appropriate action
- Prepare and allocate inspection lists and schedules
- Allocates seals to Inspectors and Electricians
- Reconcile used seals with meter information
Installation Inspections:
- Rectify unsafe installations and rectify faulty meters
- Conduct investigations and prepare consumption estimates for tampered and faulty meters
Disconnections and Reconnections:
- Coordinate all disconnections and reconnections of supply for previously tampered and faulty customers’ meters
- Prepare schedules for disconnections and reconnections of supply
Customer Queries:
- Attend to customer queries and complaints related to meter audits and inspections
Supervision and Reporting:
- Preparing reports on all inspections activities
- Supervise meter inspectors
