Job Title: Merchant and Agent Consultant (Grade B)
Reports to: B) Senior E-Banking Consultant
Location: North Region
JOB PURPOSE
To grow the E-Banking customer base and market share by effectively selling the digital channels products and executing set sales plans and strategies by the management of the bank.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies and prospects Agents.
- Merchants and Agent enrolment.
- Ensures continuous relationship management with Merchant and Agents.
- Monitors Merchant and Agents performance and financial support.
- Conducts presentations to close business sales.
- Acquires and maintains Mobile Banking, Internet Banking and Mobile Wallet.
- Provides timely updates to customers’ queries and complaints.
- Instils good governance principles and code of conduct.
- Identifies and utilizes opportunities to increase LPB digital products market share.
- Applies product knowledge to achieve sales targets.
- Generates sales leads.
- Prepares and conducts necessary forums for Merchants, Agents and Customers.
- Process customers’ requests in an efficient and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
EDUCATIONAL AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Two (2) years’ experience in selling digital banking products.
- Valid Code B driver’s license with experience of (2) years.
- Must have own motor vehicle.

- Knowledge of financial digital channels. .
- Self-motivated Social intelligence.
- Self-driven with the ability to manage time and response.
